Refund policy
We do not accept returns on any shipments that have been opened, due to the restrictions of shipping pesticides. If a shipment has remained unopened, a customer may be eligible for refund at the decision of the management team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@getpestremedy.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3566 Polaris Ave Ste 3A, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is deemed defective and is eligible for replacement, a new one will be sent out. Replacements will only be issued within 30 days of the date of the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided for very limited situations. Remedy Kits that have remained unopened may be eligible for a return and refund. Pre-paid plans can be refunded at a pro-rated amount based on the per-shipment cost for that kit. Refunds issued will in the amount that was paid, unless a pro-rated refund is being processed for a pre-paid package, less the amount of shipping of the return back to Remedy.
